The Customer

Our customer, a major charitable organisation, aimed to reach a large audience with personalised and precise delivery of both warm and cold raffle packs.

The Challenge

The charity needed to mail over 600,000 cold lead packs and over 100,000 warm lead packs. The warm packs required intricate handling with four different data cells for 1-book, 2-book, 3-book, and 4-book packs. The cold packs involved a single data cell but had the added complexity of inserting a pen into each envelope. We had to ensure precise data handling, printing and fulfilment while maintaining a strict schedule to meet the customer’s deadline.
